Let's do the Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

-You will put the salmon on the plate with flour and cover the entire salmon.
- Add some oil to the pan and heat.
- Keep the salmon cooking about 3 or 4 minutes.
- Turn the salmon over and keep cooking about more 3-4 minutes.
- Separate the salmon in another pan.

How to make a sauce

- Put a glass of white wine on the heated pan
-Add a liltle bit lemon juice
-Put into the pan some pieces of onions and garlic.
-Cook this for a few minutes.
- After that, add 2 spoons of butter
- Mixer everything
- Put the sauce on the salmon
